Q1: Will you offer DDP service?
Yes, no problem, we had years-experience for DDP shipping channels, by sea or by air, with trademark/logo, with battery, to following countries available: Germany, UK, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg，France, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland，Slovenia，Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Italy，Finland, Greece, Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Panama, Costa Rica, Peru.
Q2: All your products are original Apple genuine?
Yes, 100% original Apple genuine,  and MFI certified products available also, “MFI” means OEM, put your logo on products, and customized quality/colors/package based on your requirements, and finally your brand and quality will be approved and recognized by Apple and could be checked in Apple online system.
Q3: How do you work with original accessories?
Our company have branch office in Foxconn workshop, our team always need to pack up all products from bulk pack(directly get from Foxconn) into retail pack,  brand new package, master carton packing in sealed box, with factory series/product part number, QC team from QW is composed of skilled engineers & technicians, strict inspection on all products before delivery.
Q4: It's legal to sell original products in my country?
We always have clients purchase bulk qty from us and never met with problems, probably the accessories that you are using are also from us here, when you have great quality product, and get highly recognized from customers, no one will doubt its source.
Q5: How can we do when customs problems happened?
As far as possible for what we can do is that, to reduce risk in advance, where’s profit, where’s risk always, if that really happened, we are willing to share 50% risk and compensation.
Q6: How many stocks you have for original accessories?
Those items that we post in our pages, always have regular stocks in our warehouse from 5k to 50k in different items weekly.
Q7: Does your company have Apple authorized certificate?
No, we don’t, but we can apply, when we get the certificate, we will get high prices from Foxconn like you, it makes no sense to do the businesses, we are the special company different from others.
Q8: Is there any customs issues when import original products with trademark/logo?
Yes, if you have your import channel, we prefer to deal by FOB China, if don’t, we can go thru DDP,  but the probability of that between 1.3%~1.5% based on current 5 years-data statistics, it’s worthy doing the business, in contrast to the balance percent%.
Q9: Can we remove apple trademark on products and put our logo but keep quality stay in original? if possible without apple authorization？
Yes, both available, if you need MFI certified from apple(OEM your brand with authorization), will be more costly on unit product, if you don't(OEM your brand without authorization), it will be less cost-saved, please directly contact to us for more details, thanks.
